Something very beautiful has happened to me!

Why are you unhappy? Have you ever wondered? Most of the times the reason is that your parents, spouse, children, in laws, friends, relatives, colleagues etc. have not understood you or accepted you or respected you or loved you or cared for you enough. And have you wondered why since times eternal these expectations are not getting fulfilled by anyone?

Because you cannot pour from an empty cup.

Because you can’t give what you don’t have.

All of these people mentioned above and many more are mere human beings like you and me. They are carrying their own set of karmas, past life traumas, childhood impressions, lack of knowledge of spiritual laws of the universe etc. When they have themselves not received love and care and understanding and respect and politeness and happiness, how can they give it to you? You cannot give what you do not have. That is a spiritual law as well as a physical law.

You cannot ask an injured to nurse you to health. You need a healthy person to nurse you back to health. And all the people you see around you, including your parents and your dear friends that you hold so closely, are injured somewhere on their journey. No one is whole. How can these injured people nurse you to health? It’s not like they don’t want to but they do not have the means to. Like when you don’t have money, you can’t help someone financially. Even if you wish to.

So, what is the solution to this problem? How to break this cycle of transferring the energy of lack from one generation to the next and further to the next and so on?

The solution is to receive from the one who does not experience lack. And who is that?

THE DIVINE!

The Divine has a never-ending supply of Unconditional Love and the Absolute Truth and knowledge. When you tap the Divine source for your supply of love, care and guidance, all falls in place. Firstly, you relieve those people from unrealistic expectations of supporting you, who are genuinely not equipped to support you. There is no point blaming them without a reason. They are spiritually, a wrong source to look for these things. Secondly, when you look towards the right source for these things, not only will you receive these things, but you will receive in abundance. Because the Divine has abundance! You will receive in such abundance that it will be way beyond your expectations! And then the entire cycle will fall in place! Because when you have in abundance, in excess of your expectations, then you are able to and even willing to give further. And this abundance will now pass on from you to the next and to the next and so on.

But how do you receive from the Divine? With your simple prayer. Yes! That’s all the Divine asks for. A simple prayer in your own words and your own language, sincerely flowing from the heart. A simple prayer for opening the gates to Unconditional Divine Love. The key to this gate is faith and belief. If you have faith and trust that the Divine has it and it will shower it upon you, then one day it truly will. And until it truly showers its Unconditional Love upon you, it will guide you to the way to this Unconditional Love. Make sure you are open enough and have the courage enough to walk the path. If it steers you from your regular path, shakes you from your comfort zone, don’t hesitate. Have the courage and follow your heart. Follow the new path if the need be, inspite of all hurdles, all the obstacles, it may initially offer you.

And when the doors finally open and that so elusive Divine Unconditional Love showers down upon you, it’s just so beautiful you can’t stop from expressing yourself. This poem came to me in the middle of the night along with the most beautiful experience of Unconditional Love and Bliss I had ever experienced before. I am not sure that this poem does justice to what I felt. But I can’t help sharing it. Something this beautiful, all deserve to know. Only when you know, you will one day be inspired towards it.

Something very beautiful has happened to me

I have fallen in love with you, Oh Dear Divine!

I have merged into you, Oh Dear Divine

I have no separate existence

I am one with you, Oh Dear Divine

I completely surrender to you, Oh Dear Divine

Your immense and Unconditional Love I feel, Oh Dear Divine.

This sweet nectar I have tasted

Never before

Into this taste I dissolve

I loose myself

This has happened with me never before

And may this leave me never again

Into you I have merged, Oh Dear Divine

I am one with you, Oh Dear Divine

I still can’t believe this BLISS is mine

May this bliss always remain with me, Oh Dear Divine!

So joyful I feel I can’t contain it within me

I have to tell the world about this

Oh my Dearest Divine!  

When you look deep within yourself, there is immense Joy and Bliss. Happiness is a small word!
